Refund Policy

Beevih wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase so we offer all customers a no-questions-asked money back guarantee. The conditions applying to returns are as follows:
  1. FOR CHANGE OF MIND OR DISSATISFACTION

    1. All returns must be unused and in their original, re-sellable condition (including all original packaging intact and as it arrived to you).
    2. You must complete your return within 30 days of the date of your order and you are responsible for arranging the return and all related costs.
    3. You must present a valid receipt.
    4. The original shipping costs to you are not refunded and you are responsible for the costs of returning the product to us.
  2. FOR PRE-ORDERS

    1. For pre-orders, order cancellation and full refunds can be issued up until the time the product is dispatched.
  3. FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

    1. For products that arrived in defective condition, you must inform us of any imperfections on the product (with photos of the defective condition) within 14 days of receiving it, and we will arrange an exchange at no cost to you.
    2. This does not apply if the damage is to the packaging box (instead of the product itself) that occurred during transit.
  4. FOR LOST PACKAGES

    1. If your package be identified as lost by the courier, we will send a new replacement package immediately, at no cost to you.
  5. NON-ELIGIBILITY

    1. Sale items – Sale items may not be eligible for returns.
    2. Incorrect delivery address – In the event of delivery failure due to incorrect address provided by you to us, we will try our best to recover the mis-delivered package. However, we cannot be held responsible if the package is unrecoverable. If the package is successfully recovered, then a re-delivery charge will be applicable to re-deliver to the new address.
    3. Cosmetic damage to packaging during transit – While we do our best to package securely, cosmetic damages to the packaging box can sometimes happen during transit, and we are unable to take responsibility in such cases.
    4. Orders still in transit – Shipping times can sometimes take longer than estimated. We will only process a refund after the parcel is either declared lost by the courier or returned to us.
  6. REFUND PROCESS

    1. If you wish to return a product, please contact us at hello@beevih.com .
    2. Once your refund is approved (generally within 1-2 business days), it will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
  7. OTHER IMPORTANT MATTERS

    1. As we are based in the UK, all payments and refunds are processed in GBP. If you paid in a different currency, your refund amount may differ from your original payment amount due to daily fluctuations in currency exchange rate.
