Beevih tiles are designed for creative free-play – unlike puzzles, there is no one “correct” way of piecing Beevih together. You can connect and configure them in any way you like to create your own unique picture. 

Beevih tiles are designed for maximum flexibility – unlike a puzzle piece whose “protruding” side can only connect to the “concave” side of another piece, Beevih tiles can connect to one another on any of their six hexagon-sides, on either of their printed surface sides.

Beevih tiles are primarily used for 2D picture-construction (such as a map of a landscape), while other tile-based toys tend to primarily be used for 3D object-construction. As such, Beevih is all about connecting the individual tile illustrations into a larger coherent picture, while other tile-based toys are more about construction than beautiful picture-formation.

Additionally, while many tile-based toys use magnets to connect, Beevih tiles connect through clever interlocking design without any magnets, making it a safe option for young children.

Furthermore, while other tile-based toys are usually made of rigid material, Beevih is made of flexible, non-slip material. This enables Beevih to function as a “grippy”, non-slip surface on which to build your small world (e.g. using wooden blocks) so that your construction is less likely to get knocked over.

Beevih is designed for creating imaginative worlds that include not only linear roads, but also natural landscapes such as fields, forests and streams, as well as individual elements such as houses, road signs, and stations.
